Inverter welding and cutting equipment production costs and prices have declined, cost-effective advantages appear, showing a rapid development trend, its application scope is more and more wide, the proportion is more and more high. China's inverter arc welding equipment technology has gradually matured, product variety specifications are diversified, product prices in the international market has a greater competitive advantage, but in product reliability, product function diversification and the world's leading enterprises still have a certain gap. In China, the output of inverter welding and cutting equipment is growing at about 20% per year, and its development speed is much higher than that of traditional welding and cutting equipment, and the trend of replacing traditional welding and cutting equipment is obvious. Europe and the United States and other developed countries, the proportion of inverter welding and cutting equipment is about 60%~70%, the current China's inverter welding and cutting equipment use proportion of about 28%, there is a huge rise in space.
